This role involves generating and managing leads, conducting consultations, presenting proposals, explaining pricing and financing options, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to project completion.

Depending on the products and services being offered and applicable state regulations, Sales Representatives may be required to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses, registrations, or certifications. This may include a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration, contractor-related sales registration, or other industry-specific licenses as required by law. Representatives are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local regulations governing the solicitation, marketing, and sale of home contracting services.
Sales Originator

A Sales Originator is responsible for generating new customer opportunities and connecting homeowners with home-related products and services. This role focuses on prospecting, educating potential customers, answering questions, and guiding individuals through the initial stages of the sales process. Sales Originators build relationships, identify customer needs, and help match homeowners with solutions that fit their goals and budget.
Affiliate Partner

Earn: $75 to $500+ per project
An Affiliate Partner in the home improvement sector is an independent marketing professional who promotes home improvement products, services, contractors, or related programs through online and offline marketing channels. The affiliate generates leads, referrals, or customer inquiries and receives compensation based on agreed-upon performance metrics such as qualified leads, appointments, sales, or completed projects.
Affiliate Marketers may utilize websites, social media, email marketing, content creation, digital advertising, networking, and referral campaigns to connect homeowners with home improvement providers. They do not typically perform contracting work, provide construction services, or represent themselves as licensed contractors unless they separately hold the required licenses.
